ADHD – or attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder – is characterized by restlessness, lack of focus and impulsive behavior. Our pediatricians provide ADHD evaluation and management for your child and referral to psychiatric resources if needed.

Treatment may include lifestyle changes, counseling and medication. Some students are evaluated through their schools with psycho-educational testing. If you have these results available, please provide us with a copy prior to your visit.

We have forms for both teacher and parent input which are available to download from this page (see below). For new ADHD patients, having the Vanderbilt forms filled out by your child’s teacher and a parent will help get the evaluation started.
